Singroll shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or financial losses.
     Singroll shall also bear no liability for any errors, miscalculations, or inaccuracies in salary, CPF contributions, tax filings, or other payroll-related matters. Users are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of all generated payroll and tax data.
     Additionally, Singroll is not liable for any losses, damages, or breaches caused by hacking, cyberattacks, unauthorized access, or any other security incidents affecting its platform.
  7. Indemnification and Legal Costs
     Users agree to indemnify and hold Singroll harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their use of the platform. In the event Singroll faces any legal suit or proceedings, the other party shall bear all legal costs, including attorney fees and court costs, regardless of the case outcome.
  8. No Refund Policy
     All payments made to Singroll are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to subscription fees, one-time charges, and any other service-related costs. Users are responsible for reviewing service details before making payments, as no refunds, credits, or reimbursements will be provided under any circumstances.
  9. Data Protection and Optional DPO Services
     Users acknowledge their responsibility to comply with data protection laws when using Singroll’s platform. If users require professional data protection support, they may engage Singroll’s Data Protection Officer as a Service (DPOaaS). More information is available via info@singroll.com.
  10. User Notification
      While Singroll may provide notifications regarding pricing, service, and policy changes, it is the user’s responsibility to review our terms periodically. By continuing to use Singroll’s services, users acknowledge and accept any modifications to these terms.
  11. Consent to Terms
      By registering for an account or using any of Singroll’s services, users explicitly agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is binding upon first use of the platform, and users waive any right to dispute these terms after consenting.

Declaration 

• • You acknowledge that Singroll has the right to terminate this service for any reason. Such termination shall be with immediate effect and shall not affect any right to relief to which Singroll and/or its Service Providers may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this Agreement, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to Singroll. 
  • While Singroll endeavors to provide our very best efforts in terms of technical, business and adherence to government regulatory measures, users of Singroll agree that  Singroll  will not be liable for any potential damages or loss arises.
    Singroll provides complimentary troubleshooting and technical updating and we value our users feedback and alerts to any situation or requirements.

Violation Of These Terms of Use 

• • Singroll may disclose any information on its record about you (including your identity) if Singroll determines that such disclosure is necessary in connection with any investigation or complaint regarding your use of the Website and/or its Services, or to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) Singroll's rights or property, or the rights or property of visitors to or users of this Website. • • Singroll’s Ad hoc services for clients might require additional time, effort, and resources beyond the standard features of our platform. To maintain efficiency and provide quality support, these services are chargeable and must be paid before commencement. This ensures we can deliver customized assistance while keeping our core HRM software free or affordable for all users. 

• • 1. Payroll Processing Assistance– Charge for generating and verifying payroll calculations. From $200+/man-day
    2. Payslip Customization – Charge for designing or branding payslips with logos and additional fields. From $200+/man-day
    3. Report Generation – Charge for customized or advanced reports beyond standard templates. From $500+/man-day
    4. Bulk Data Import – Charge for uploading or migrating employee data in bulk. From $400+/man-day
    5. Data Export – Charge for exporting payroll, employee records, and reports. From $250+/man-day
    6. Account Setup & Configuration – Charge for setting up company-specific payroll settings. From $250+/man-day
    7. Priority Support – Charge for faster response times for troubleshooting or assistance. From $250+/man-day
    8. Custom Leave Policy Setup – Charge for configuring complex leave structures. From $250+/man-day
    9. Integration Services – Charge for integrating with accounting, tax, or banking systems. From $1000+/man-day
    10. Data Backup & Restoration – Charge for retrieving past records beyond a standard retention period. From $500+/man-day

• • Note:
    • Pricing will be determined based on the volume of data and/or the number of employees.
    • All ad hoc services are chargeable and must be paid in full before commencement. No refunds will be provided once the service has been rendered.

Partners and Advertisements 

• • Upon the consented submission of the Partners Privilege's form, I (Company User/Company User Representative/Public Entity) agree to be contacted by an official representative of the Singroll Partner or/and Singroll, and that my information will be strictly protected with accordance to Singroll's Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act ("PDPA") of Singapore.
  • We may contact you or follow-up with you via email or a communication channel that you or/and your company provided as per the Singroll's Terms of Use.
  • Perks, Advertisements and other sponsored content: We use the information we have about you to select and personalise Perks, Advertisements and other sponsored content that we show you.
  • To create personalised Perks that are unique and relevant to you, we use the (Company User's/Company User Representative's) connections, demographics, interests and activities
  • Singroll uses the information to deliver our Perks (Advertisements and Content), to personalise and to make suggestions for you that you may be interested in or topics that you may want to follow on and off our Perks.
  • Provide measurement, analytics and other business services.
    • We use the information we have to help Singroll Partners measure the effectiveness and distribution of the Perks (Advertisements and Content , and understand the types of people who use their services
    • We do not provide your data to Partners or any 3rd parties entities except for your own consented submission through the Partners Privilege's form

Miscellaneous Provisions 

• • Nothing in this Terms of Use shall constitute or be deemed to constitute a partnership between Singroll and any Subscriber or Service Provider, nor constitute the appointment of Singroll as your agent or an agent of any of its Service Providers.

• • A waiver of breach or default under this Terms of Use by Singroll must be in writing and shall not be a waiver of any other or subsequent default. Failure or delay by Singroll to enforce compliance with any term or condition of this Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such term or condition.

• • If any terms and conditions are held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions will nevertheless continue in full force.

• • You shall not assign this Agreement or any part thereof without the prior written consent of Singroll.

• • No part of this Terms of Use is enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act by a person who is not a party to it.
